Sometimes we focus on a particular performance challenge like preparing for a major presentation or sales opportunity. Other times we may be working together on elevating your competency in a key leadership skills development area like empathic listening or innovative thinking, but whatever the specific focus, I’m committed to help you achieve your most important goals in a way that leads you to experience greater effectiveness, fulfillment and freedom in all aspects of your life.

THE RENAISSANCE DAY
Renaissance Day Programs are held at The Beckoning Path in Armonk, NY, or elsewhere by arrangement.
I lead strategic planning retreats and creative problem-solving programs for teams of senior executives around the world. In these sessions clients are guided to craft Vision, Mission and Value Statements and clarify the goals and objectives for their organizations.
I often ask my clients if they’ve taken the time to do similar exercises for themselves personally and they usually answer that they are too busy with their many responsibilities.
